Based on the Board of Directors Resolution No. 024/HR-IF/III/2022 dated on March 24, 2022, the Company has appointed Ms. Rivka Rotua Natasya as the Corporate Secretary (Pjs). The roles and responsibility of Corporate Secretary is as regulated in the OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuer or Public Company, among others monitoring updates in the capital market, especially the regulations that prevail in the capital market, providing advices to the Board of Commissioners an Board of Directors in compliance with capital market regulations, assist the Board of Commissioners an Board of Directors in implementing the Good Corporate Governance, serving as liaison officer between the Company with shareholders, OJK, IDX and stakeholders.
